Contains identifiers (OIDs) of the applicable certificate policies.

The Certificate Policies extension identifies a sequence of policies under which the certificate has been issued, and which regulate its usage.

The EncryptionCertIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the EncryptionCertCount property.

This property is not available at design time.
