A collection of information, in the form of [OID, Value] pairs, uniquely identifying the certificate holder (subject).

A collection of information, in the form of [OID, Value] pairs, uniquely identifying the certificate holder (subject).

The EncryptionCertIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the EncryptionCertCount property.

This property is not available at design time.
