Adds an OCSP Response to the list of known OCSP responses.

Use this method to add an OCSP response to the list of known OCSP responses. This method is usually used when you validate PDF document or CMS packet which include OCSP responses. If the OCSP response is found in the list of known responses, and the response is valid, then the OCSP server is not contacted.
