This class is a descendant of TElSAMLElement.

Description

TElSAMLScopingElement contains a list of identity providers, trusted by the requester to authenticate the presenter. It also specifies the limitations and the context related to proxying the AuthnRequest message to subsequent IdPs by the responder.
