What's new in SecureBlackbox 14.0

The most significant new features and improvements are listed below. Besides the listed ones, there have been also introduced a number of other changes, compatibility improvements and fixes. The complete change list is available in the changes.txt file (the file is located in the folder, to which you installed SecureBlackbox, and is also available as a separate download from SecureBlackbox web site).

  1. FTPSBlackbox:
    • New modes added to upload and download routines
    • Added PreserveExistingFileTimes property to the client component
    • Implemented different options for directory structure creation with a multi-file transfer procedure

  2. MailBlackbox:
    • Added SEARCH and IDLE commands to IMAP client

  3. PDFBlackbox:
    • Implemented support for new ETSI CAdES profiles (ETSI EN 319 122)

  4. PKIBlackbox:
    • Added support for ECIES encryption scheme
    • Implemented support for new ETSI CAdES profiles (ETSI EN 319 122)

  5. SFTPBlackbox:
    • New modes added to upload and download routines
    • Added PreserveExistingFileTimes property to the client component
    • Implemented different options for directory structure creation with a multi-file transfer procedure

  6. SSHBlackbox:
    • Add Chacha20 and Poly1305 support to SSH components
    • The server component can now optionally echo the information received from the client

  7. SSLBlackbox:
    • Added support for raw public keys for TLS authentication
    • Implemented support for extended master secret extension to TLS components
    • Add Chacha20 and Poly1305 support to TLS components

  8. WebDAVBlackbox:
    • Added support for ACLs (both client- and server-side)
    • Added CardDAV support (both client- and server-side)
