TElXMLTransform is a descendant of TElXMLCustomElement.

Description

    TElXMLTransform is a base class for specific XML transformation classes. Each transform specifies some method of data transformation. Do not instantiate TElXMLTransform, use its descendant classes instead.

    Desendant classes are
