Description

TElXMLSOAPBaseSignatureHandler provides common interface for TElXMLSOAPSignatureHandler and TElXMLWSSSignatureHandler handlers. A security handler is an entity that implements data signing or encryption, and contains necessary security information. Do not instantiate this class directly, use one of its descendants instead.
