Provides server-side functionality for WebDAV.

Description

    TElWebDAVServer provides server-side functionality for Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV), as described by RFC 4918.
    Sample implementation of TElDiskFileSystemAdapter can be found in the samples, in "\WebDAVBlackbox\Server" folder.
