Check validity of password to decrypt document

To check if the user-provided password is valid for the encrypted document you need to set Password property of TElOfficeBinaryRC4EncryptionHandler or TElOfficeBinaryRC4CryptoAPIEncryptionHandler class and call IsPasswordValid() method of this class.
