Setup POST binding
To use POST binding with TElSAMLIdentityProvider, add the TSBSAMLBindingType.sbtPOST option to one or more of the following properties: SingleLogoutServiceBindings, SingleSignOnServiceBindings, and ArtifactResolutionServiceBindings, depending on the specific usage scenario. This value can be also assigned to PrefferedSingleSignOnResponseBinding and/or PrefferedSingleLogoutResponseBinding properties. They are invoked when the default binding to be used by the IdP is not specified in the SP metadata file.
