Possible values

[.NET] [C++]	[Pascal]	Description
rcpPreferCRL = 0	rcpPreferCRL	always try to retrieve the CRL first. If failed to retrieve the CRL, get status from the OCSP server.
rcpPreferOCSP = 1	rcpPreferOCSP	always try to get the OCSP status first. If failed to get the OCSP status, try to download the CRL.
rcpCheckBoth = 2	rcpCheckBoth	always download the CRL and get the OCSP status, and check revocation against both of them.
