A valid port number (a value between 1 and 65535) is required for the connection to take place.

Ordinarily, the same FTP server used for AS3 files is also used for MDN receipts. If you handle MDN receipts at a different server, you can specify the server with the MDNServer, MDNUser, and MDNPassword configuration settings.
